Yes. We use eco-friendly, odourless treatments wherever possible and always select the safest effective option for your situation. We'll give you clear re-entry times when any precaution is needed, and most of our products allow you to return to the treated area quickly.

Both. We handle one-off problems (a termite swarm, a rat in the roof, a roach outbreak) and we offer scheduled programmes — monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly — for homes and businesses that want ongoing protection. There's no pressure to sign up for a programme if a one-off is what you need.

A full termite service includes property inspection to locate active colonies and entry points, targeted liquid soil treatment, direct wood treatment where activity is found, baiting system installation for long-term colony elimination, and a prevention plan with annual re-inspection. Yes. Our fumigation service is carried out by certified technicians trained to Food Storage and Prevention of Infestation Division standards, with full compliance documentation for health inspectors and certification bodies. We handle warehouses, grain mills, supermarkets and any stored-food facility.

For most residential treatments — ant, roach, general pest — no. For termite treatment, mosquito fogging and fumigation, we'll give you specific re-entry guidance based on what we're doing. We always explain exactly what to expect before we start work.

Yes. On our scheduled programmes, if a problem returns between visits we come back at no extra cost — that's the Sim T's guarantee. On one-off treatments we stand behind our work with a treatment-specific follow-up window.

We accept cash, bank transfer and card payment. Payment is typically due on completion of residential work. Commercial accounts can be set up on invoice with net-15 or net-30 terms.
